Scaling agile can be overwhelming. In this tutorial, Yuval will provide an introduction to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) via an overview of the ten essential success patterns. We will then highlight the diagnostic symptoms that appear when the patterns aren't in place.

Attendees will develop a personal “flash assessment” of their current work context and will be able to identify to inspect and adapt areas for improvement. They will also learn how to use this sort of assessment/patterns during their scaled agile journey.

With over 25 years in IT/Technology, Yuval Yeret has been helping AgileSparks enterprise clients scale agile since 2009, working with companies such as Intel, Siemens, Amdocs, HP, Nice Actimize, Eagle Investments. He is a SAFe Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT4) and runs our Implementing SAFe workshops. He is also a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) and a creator/steward of the Professional Scrum with Kanban curriculum at Scrum.org.

You can check out his thinking on the AgileSparks blog or in his books “Holy Land Kanban” and "SAFe from the Trenches".

Yuval is currently based in Boston where he is heading AgileSparks in North America.
