Join us for this special 4-part project management workshop series for nonprofits. 

With lively presentations, discussion, and engaging hands-on exercises, participants will practice techniques that give them skills they can put to work right away.

  • Every-other Tuesday beginning November 3, thru December 15, 2020 (4 workshops. See schedule below.)
  • Attend one or all four sessions
  • Participate individually or as a team
  • Participants who attend all four sessions will also receive one-on one coaching to apply their new skills on a live project

As part of our Giving Back™ community programming, this workshop series is being offered to nonprofit organizations at no cost.

Your Instructor: Irene Mauch, PMP®

Irene is the Principal of The Mauch Group LLC, a Process Improvement and Project Management consultancy that loves to collaborate with organizations to make their businesses better. She earned a BS in Industrial Management from Purdue University, where her lifelong interest in empowering individuals to work better was sparked. She is LEAN Six Sigma and PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certified, and earned a MIT Sloan Executive Certificate in Technology, Operations, and Value Chain Management. 

As a facilitator, trainer, and continuous learner, Irene derives great pleasure in sharing with others the LEAN and project management techniques that have allowed her, for over 25 years, to deliver successful results to both profit and nonprofit organizations in an array of industries. In addition to learning project management/process improvement methodology, participants in her sessions appreciate the high-energy and practical perspective she brings to each topic.
